South West Regional Disabled Members AGM

The theme for this year is Fighting Back - Looking Forward
Come along to the AGM and Seminar and find out what UNISON and its Disabled members Group does and how you could become involved locally, regionally or nationally.

The event starts at 10:30am and finishes at 3:00pm and lunch is included. The guest speaker is Gloria Foran, UNISON National Disabled Officer.
Branches are invited to send up to 2 disabled members as delegates to the AGM. If you would like to attend please download the Delegate Registration Form and once completed forward to your branch for authorisation and send to the regional office (address on the form). Any UNISON member may attend the AGM as an observer and if you wish to attend as an observer from your branch please download the Observer Registration Form
Branches are also invited to submit motions and a form is available here.
Closing date is Friday 15 June 2012
