We need you - Tell us your story Download one of the above posters, print it off, take a photo of you holding it.  Then e-mail it to us along with your contact details and the reasons why you're taking acton and fighting for a decent pension.  Not sure what to say?  Visit the national website for some inspiration.

 What can you do?

• tell us your story - we need you to tell everyone that your pension is not gold-plated.  Please e-mail us with your contact details and tell us why you said "Hands off our pensions"
• put up a poster in your workplace
• speak to a colleague and ask them to join UNISON to fight for their future
• tell us how this could affect you personally so we have as many case studies as possible
• spend some time making sure you understand your own pension so you are knowledgeable enough to know what it means when the final proposals come through
• send an email round your team asking them to get involved too
• write to your local MP
• write to your local newspaper
• tell your friends the reality of public sector pensions - help break the barriers down and bust the myths
