Protect our pensions
Did you vote Yes when it mattered?

Pensions for public sector workers have been heavily under attack recently. Both government speeches and comment in the media seem to be focused on attacking public sector workers and driving for a race to the bottom on pensions.
The reality is - as so often - very different to the way it seems to be pitched. UNISON is running a massive, national campaign to Protect our Pensions, highlighting the myths, helping our members to fight back against poverty in their retirement, and supporting our retired members and all our members' families and friends understand the perfidious nature of seemingly innocent changes such as the move from RPI to CPI.
Here's just one example of why need to join UNISON's campaign. Click on the link to hear about Pat Barrett's, a UNISON Retired Member and former public sector worker, and her not so "Gold Plated Pension".
