UNISON believes in dignity, equality and fair treatment at work and outside of the  workplace and quality and free public services for the general public.

UNISON is a campaigning union, working with members, communities and employers to highlight issues faced by our membership.  By empowering our members to get involved we can speak on behalf of our members as a group.  Effective campaigning takes many forms and nationally there are a number of campaigns running.
